As a human resources specialist with 20 years generalist experience, Sara provides consulting and advisory services across all areas of human resources management, employee relations and industrial relations.
Her personable manner and strong customer service approach have assisted Sara to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external client groups, essential for achieving customer co-operation in the implementation of recommended HR initiatives.
Sara specialises in the provision of strategic ER & IR advice, enterprise bargaining planning and negotiation, grievance and disciplinary investigations, leadership development and coaching, workforce planning and workplace restructuring, drafting of industrial instruments, employment contracts and HR policies & procedures.
