Ai Lin is an experienced migration administrator with more than 10 years providing project management and coordination support for temporary and permanent migration applications.
Ai Lin has specialised knowledge of the systems used for migration services and case management.
With a strong background in banking internationally, Ai Lin has been working in migration for over a decade.
An integral part of our Mapien Migration team, Ai Lin oversees the migration systems, manages process improvements for greater efficiency and provides important training on the efficiencies of the various systems to staff.
Her skills in utilising the various systems to produce rapid turnaround of applications is paramount to the success of Mapien in achieving high volume of visa lodgement in order to meet client project schedules. Ai Lin’s ability to establish client specific reports, expiry reports, and real time updates, provides Mapien the ability to offer flexible services tailored to individual client requirements.
