As an experienced Human Resource specialist with broad management and leadership capability, he combines his ability to build relationships and influence people, with a personable, knowledgeable and highly logical approach to even the most complex people matters.
With over 15 years of industry experience predominantly in the workplace and industrial relations space, Darren has been responsible for driving organisational change and people solutions in highly complex and multi-disciplinary environments.
His expertise includes the development and implementation of workplace relations and business partnering strategies aligned with business needs, EA negotiations, policy development, employee case management and investigations, tribunal representation, legislation, award and EA interpretations and the delivery of specialist advice on HR services.
