Jo is a Workplace Psychologist with fifteen years’ experience delivering psychological services across forensic, clinical, and organisational settings.

With a focus on psychological health and safety within workplaces, Jo’s expertise includes targeting individual and organisational transformation through tailored evidence-based intervention strategies.

Her diverse experience as a psychologist across varied work settings has equipped her with a deep understanding of the complexities involved in fostering a psychologically safe workplace. She takes a holistic approach, integrating her knowledge of behavioural psychology, organisational dynamics, and interpersonal communication to develop comprehensive psychological health and safety solutions. Joanne’s proactive strategies not only address immediate concerns but also promote long-term mental well-being among employees.

Jo is an exceptional communicator with a calm and engaging approach. She has led and delivered complex projects focused on solving people risk challenges, and has expertise in psychological health and safety, individual and culture transformation, and leadership development.  An engaging speaker, Jo is an experienced facilitator of workshops, training programs, and key-note presentations.

Jo has demonstrated experience partnering with clients across a range of industries and sectors. She also has particular interest and experience in service delivery for ‘high-risk’ work environments (e.g. correctional services, offshore processing, FIFO, mining).
