Joshua has built his career on solving complex workplace problems and shaping human resource and industrial relations policy. He provides his clients with strategic guidance and works closely with them to design and implement effective HR systems and initiatives.
With experience working in both the public and private sectors, Joshua’s particular industry focus is independent education, community services, aged care and government.

What do you enjoy most about working at Mapien?
The people I work with at Mapien are genuine, clever, kind and driven. I work with an amazing team that loves to win and sees collaboration, support and commitment as the key to that success.
What drives you to do what you do?
Taking organisations forward is tough. So it’s very rewarding to play a part in seeing leaders have the confidence and ability to effect necessary change in their organisations. I see it as my specific purpose to anticipate, and provide the right strategies for, the complex people management problems that arise along the way.
What do you think is key to 40 years in business?
