With experience working across different psychology settings (both civilian and military), Stu partners closely with his clients to ensure a collaborative approach to addressing workplace challenges.

Stu combines his data-driven and analytical thinking style with a warm, approachable demeanour, to understand and improve workplace culture, employee commitment, engagement, and wellbeing. His excellent technical knowledge and skill sees him being involved in the development, implementation, and consultation of psychometric assessments – which can be implemented for professional development, team building, and selection decisions across the workplace.

Stu demonstrates an incredibly high standard of work, attention to detail and a genuine passion for consulting on organisational culture, wellbeing, and development.
