Working as part of senior operational leadership teams, Tony’s input has been critical to the successful integration of HR strategies with strategic objectives and business plans to enable effective execution.

He has expertise in attraction and retention, organisational design and development, talent pipeline, talent management programs, leadership development programs, coaching, employee relations, and remuneration and benefits.

Tony has practiced human resources in the mining, energy and logistics industries for over 30 years and has held leadership roles with accountabilities across multiple operating sites and locations.
